Have you looked at the 1911 census for Woodstock, it shows the whole of the family who were home on that night.  I have two families related to me on that section. the Barrys (Dennis) and the Fitzgibbons/
Carrigross.

Thank for the prompt reply.  I was born in Carrigtwohill and now live in Gawler, South Australia.(about 36 kilometres north of Adelaide).  I have just actually returned from Carrigtwohill. Even though I visit every year things still change.  If I hadn't been for a number of years, I would not have recognised the place.
I remember visiting my sister in the Noviciate in Roehampton, London and another convent also in Roehampton.  I would imagine you would find some information if you wrote to the convent.  My grandaunt also spent time in Italy - Rome. Her name in religion was Sr. Mary Louis even though we had only heard talk of her as Sr. Mary Luigi, I guess as she had spent so much time in Italy.

Hi Chedburger

The order your aunt belonged to is "The Poor Servants of the Mother of God".  They have a convent in Carrigtwohill, Rathdrum as well some in England.= London, Brentford, Liverpool and some others.  I went to school in Carrigtwohill and was taught by nuns of this order both primary and high school.  My late mother had an aunt in this order, she was born in 1884 and I daresay that your aunt and her met at sometime. My father also had two first cousins in the order too.
I was intrigued by the smaller photograph, it was the image of my late sister who had entered that order, she came out after some years.
