Cando has been kind enough to say that the WAGS (Western Australian
Geneological Society) in Perth WA does have this 1852/53 Travancore
pasenger list on CD. The Mary Kissane age 25 on this pax list maybe my
GG Greatmother but she was by then a widow with two young children.
Her Husband Patrick Kissane m Mary Walsh 04 may 1846 Beaufort Co Kerry
Island may have died at sea on the Travanocore which arrived in Fremantle
Western Australia on 13 January 1853. This is based on family folk lore but
may be just that. I am glad that you have some basic confirmation about the
