Chris,
Sorry, maybe I'm jumping the gun a bit. Could you please tell me why you have put a question mark next to the age for Phillip Henty senior? I know that sometimes ages, even names are put in wrong on certain records - I have come accross this myself a few times already. Perhaps I assumed too much when I first read your earlier reply, but now I have had a look at the other details, they do lead me to believe that I have the correct birth for this Phillip Henty.
                   Michelle.

Hi again Chris,
Thank you so much. I had found a birth of a Philip Henty in Chalvington in 1801 and didn't know if he was the one I was looking for. Now I know he is the right one, I can go back even further with the Henty's.
    Michelle.

Hi Chris,
I was hoping you could look up Edward Henty born in 1831 in Piddinghoe. He was either in Piddinghoe or Newhaven in 1851. His father was Philip, mother Elizabeth.
           Thanks
               Michelle.
