Hi Patsy...

Not sure if you still pop on here... but we are researching the same family... Voullaire-Campbell. My Uncle is Martin Voullaire Campbell, and I am tracing them back... fascinating family!

Hi Everyone ~ I am researching the branch of the BULLEY family that appears to originate in the Exeter area. I can get no further back than Ann Bulley who was born about 1812 in Exminster - parents unknown. She first appears in the 1851 Census at the St Thomas the Apostle Workhouse, Exeter. She is known to have had the following children by father or fathers unknown; Ann (1830 at Kenn), Henry (1835 at Kenn), George Thomas (1837 in Workhouse), Louisa (1940 in Workhouse), and John (1846 in Workhouse). All the children were given the surname Bulley.
I am completely stuck at this point and would really appreciate any help which would take me further back or fill in any gaps.
Many thanks
Navyman
