I've just joined RootsChat having found the Bevan Family in Gower via a search on google for Dunns in Gower.
I believe the Elizabeth Dunn who married Francis Bevan , as mentioned by maryp, was the widow of a John Dunn and her maiden name was Williams.
If that is the case then her second husband's sister Mary (born in 1798) was the first wife of her son by her first marriage. Her son John (who would also be her brother-in-law) following Mary's death married another Bevan, Martha, but no immediate relationship to Mary.
Can anyone who followed the above trail confirm or correct it?
