Hi , the John Doyle and Elizabeth Malone here are my great grand parents. I have tried finding rheir deaths online but no luck yet.Have marriage cert ok , census returns 1911 . They are buried in Duiske abbey in Graignamanagh. no headstone /marker but am getting a memorial plaque done soon to place in graveyard.Their son Martin born in1910 is my grandfather. It’s looks like it’s a while since this post was started but hopefully can reconnect

There are baptism /marriage/death registers held in the parish centre in Tullow.You can go in during there opening times and read through the books,

Are there any records of staff who worked in the big houses ,Altamount House,Sandbrook House,Kilbride House,Ballintemple House,etc .Were there any ever kept?

Hi, i am trying to find out about my uncle Paddy who served in life guards.i have a photo of him with singapore 1967  written on it..would he have seen combat there ????..Anyone with any ideas or info please

I am trying to find out about this man,all i know is he fought in Burma and was mentioned in dispatches.His son is married to my aunt and  im  trying to help out. seemly he never spoke about the war.I have heard something about the Lincolnshires,Gurkhas,and he was an army boxer.Thats all. Any help ,tips woul be greatly appreciated.
