Historical Context

This collection includes records from the Bill Books of Exchequer in Ireland relating to individuals involved in court proceedings between the years 1674-1850. The Exchequer Court of Equity was at the very centre of Ireland's legal system and from the mid-17th century held jurisdiction over financial disputes such as titles of land, debts and wills. Surviving records consist mainly of bill books which detai case participants and proceedings.

They did not make it easy as a family to find info. They have change there last name. Well some of them did. The father  last  was name  doocey/ducey  and mother last name was Hurley/Harley.
The story i was told by my aunt was that by my great grand mother was that her family new Michael Collins and hid him and his body guards/soldiers in hay stocks on their land. Only a few of them  change  their last name.

I am very sorry if i am confusing you all lot.
i am very sure that my great grand mother took her mother name and follow the right people. This info came from a cousin i found from result of my DNA test on ancestry.
  I understand that it is confusing tread is confusing. thank for all your work
