Has anyone any information on the Peatrie family, Father was Walter or William and they were a dentist in the Black Watch regiment in the 1920's. I am led to beleive he was from the Dundee area. Thanks in advance for any help...

No that's all the information I have....I think there is a photograph somewhere I will ask if there is any information on the back. Is there any way to search the Black Watch records ?

There may be some connection, I found the Swain family I was looking for on the 1901 cencus there are four daughters and two sons and the parents names are William and Mary Elizabeth.

I don't know if this will make a difference but it's a Scottish Marriage certificate and it does have  Lucy Lloyd MS Harrison  ( deceased ) on it.

Just found out Mum and Dad's Marriage Certificate.............Dad's address was 189 Dickenson Road Longsight and his Father was Harold Lloyd Shipping clerk and mother was Lucy Lloyd maiden surname Harrison deceased. Dad was born in 1922...

I think we are on the right track with the Harold Lloyd who married Lucy and had Frank and Fred I'm sure they were some of my Dad's brothers...

I think the Lucy Lloyd I want died in around 1929, I think that the Frank Lloyd may be right..come to think of it Harrison may be Lucy Lloyds maiden name.
