Lancashire Lookup Requests / Deaths of children. GARNER
« on: Thursday 22 December 11 04:42 GMT (UK)  »
I have found out from the 1911 census a GG parent who had 9 children born only 2 living. My GGrandmother being one of them.
I have looked through the other census and cannot find any other children. My GGrandmother  Annie, was born in 1886 in Gorton W, Manchester.
Another girl, Edith Mary Garner was born 1883.
Parents John Garner and Alice Gertrude Taft were born 1859-60.They lived in Moulton Cheshire and in Manchester.
Is there anywhere I can check other births? I have tried Freebmd but there are too many which could fit the bill.

Yes this is the Job Arnold, my husbands gggg grandfather.
I have tried every way I know to find his birth, but no success, I have Job's will, nothing to indicate there either!
Many thanks.

Could someone please find for me the marriage of David?
His father was William and his mother was Elisabeth. They lived in Kilmarnock. He is in the 1841 census at home, but by 1851 he had gone.
Many thanks,
Mavis

I am interested in the Moore family.  I am looking for EUNICE MOORE born 1850, HillTop, West Bromwich. On her marriage certificate to Joseph Henry Cole (my grandfather) she is down as Eunice Moore, but the only Eunice I can find is called Eunice Hampson, all the details fit, except that name! Can you throw any light on the problem please?
I have her father as Richard Hampson and her mother as Sarah Hawkins. Sarah born 1805 Wednesbury. Where does Moore fit?      ???
Thanks,
Mavis
