I found your query on the web and wonder if you found the answer. I have found in the family bible a note that Martha Beswick born on 24 Aug 1817 married Robert Bell born on 8 Sept 1815 on 17 July 1846.
R Bell died on 24 March 1856.
I have various other dates for members of Beswick family born between 1777 and 1824 but am trying to find info on Martha Beswick who in Dec 1876 married Robert Hind probably in Carlisle and then died probably in West Meon, Hampshire on 21-3-1927.
I also have early dates from 1757 for the Hind family.
Which of these surnames interest you?
