Im related to Rinty through my Great Grandmother Mary Monaghan .Rinty visited my Grandmother Austin often she said he was her cousin.Rinty lived in an area of York St called the Half-Bap.He go the name Rinty because of his obsession with a movie star dog called Rin Tin Tin.He held a world boxing title having defeated Dado Marino. He also was a singer and did a stage act with a group called the Rintonians..Good luck with your research
