Andy and Voirrey thankyou so much!!! It gives me warm fuzzies when peeps can find family across the seas (Im in NZ)....it must be a women thing but I just have to know where this wonderful man was buried. I have had a lovely letter from the Arts Musuem in South Africa about James and all the history he captured. I love photography myself so maybe it in my 'genes'.
I appreciate this information. Many thanks ♥

Is anyone able to shed some light for me..... I was led to beleive that my 3rd gt grdfather was buried in the Isle of Man. I have a death written down for him as 11 Aug 1918 aged 80 buried Douglas, Isle of Man. Well it appears he isnt buried there at all. He may have had his body bought back to England.
His name was James Edward Bruton.
I left a message in the Isle of Man pages and today had a message left to say that he is not buried there and wouldnt have been cremated.
Many thanks :)

have just been re reading the history for James and I have got written down he died on the 11 Aug 1918 aged 80. BURIED in Douglas, Isle of Man. I have no idea who gave this to me or a date. As I have gotten on in this lineage I have learnt to write dates and the resource received from.
