Hi, Stephen Bailey is my great great grandfather and I have been having similar problems to you in finding his birth and death details. If I can find anything positive I will let you know. Interested to know where you are in his tree. I descend from his son Henry who came to New Zealand, which is where I live. Cheers Chrissy
