thanks.. appreciate any information about the place named Shalunt in Scotland.
with "s" at the end.. I accidentally found your site and this topic.. i know history of my own family very well, i have a family tree list coming from 1700th years and i have never heard there's such an almost the same surname somewhere in Scotland, because i'm from Armenia, from city named Goris.. so i'm just interested to know anything about "Shalunt" family though i don't think there is a relationship between this two family, but who knows.. there are a lot of armenians in all over the world and maybe someone of my ancestors decided to journey somewhere and he chose for this the Scotland. would really appreciate any information.
