It's a little vague, can I ask you to pin down a bit more information.
Do you have Florence in the 1901 and 1891 censuss and what does she give as her birthplace?
What makes you think Elizabeth is mother's name?
Where in Somerset was she living when she got married? Have you wondered whether she was actually under-age at the time of the marriage and just gave 22 so as not to have to get permission?
Do you have any knowledge at all of any of her siblings?

The only information i have a present is that James William Willcox was a bootmaker in 1909. This comes from the marriage certificate i got for Florence.
Unfortunately it does not state his age.
His daughter Florence was listed as living in Bath in 1909, since her husbands side of the family are from Somerset it is a fairly good certainity that her family came for the same area.
Her age is confirmed as that is what is on the death certifcate and the age listed on the tombstone
My father was told his grandmothers mothers name was Elizabeth but it could be wrong. He does not remember any siblings but i would assume that if there was a boy then most likely it was called James as well.
All very vague, hopefully when i get her birth certificate it may clean up a few things. However it is better to see if anyone might have come across the name or might be able to provide a lead at least
I also have a possible for Florence in 1891 in Holdenhurst

James W W was my g-grandfather. He was married to Eliza Wheeler. Their da. Florence married a Sellick and emigrated to Australia in 1927ish.
I only joined this forum today, so will need time to get my act together to find out how to send you a GEDCOM. In the meantime;
The 1901 census adds many more children.
There are two enigmas - the eldest sibling (my Gt Aunt Em) and Frederick (age 4 in 1901) who can't be found in the GRO births (yet)
Cheers
