Thomas and Hannah (?) Kenworthy may very well be my 4th great-grandparents. I received this information from the LDS FamilySearch site. Does anyone have additional data on this family?
Second question: Would son, James Kenworthy, below have married Jane Brierley?
Thank you.

Here's a possible entry for James on the 1861 census:
RG9/3000- Folio 112 - Pg 39 Wire St, Ashton under Lyne
James Kenworthy Head 61 Farmer b. Mossley
Betty Kenworthy Wife 61 b. Mossley
William Kenworthy Son 23 Carter b. Mossley
No way of knowing from this whether Betty is a first or second wife.
You could ask for a look-up for the family in 1841/51 (I don't have access to those censuses), but it's usually best to work backwards from what you know for sure - what info do you have about "your" James? If you know his occupation, children's names/dob, we can look them up on census/BMD records and take it from there.

In view of the fact this is a very old post, can I check that you are still interested?
If so, I do have comments to offer for discussion!
