Hi,
I am aware of scotlandspeople, and have used to it find the births, marriages, census and death records of many relatives.
This past week, we have discovered the date of my maternal grandparents' marriage, and the date and place of my grandmother's birth.
My grandmother was born in 1925, and my grandparents married in 1941; both events occured in Glasgow.
Is there any way that I can access the records of these events?
I am in Australia, which makes it a little difficult for me where records are not digitised.
We have no records of my maternal great-grandparents, other than the surname Wright, and now the birthdate of my grandmother. I am anxious to find out more.
Thanks for any help or advice that anyone can offer!

Thanks for that.
I was actually at the GRO website yesterday, looking for that information, but had no joy.
Much appreciated.

Hi
You can order birth/marriage certificates through ScotlandsPeople......although it could be worth your while to contact the Family History Society covering Glasgow
