Is that St Just in Penwith or St Just in Roseland?
Also could you elaborate a bit on exactly which Warren families you are interested in, so we can help you out?
There seem to be hundreds of Warrens in St Just in Penwith so I'm guessing that's where you mean.

::) Sorry, I'm a dill I know. The first definate relative I can confirm is Samuel Warren born 13 July 1704 St Just In Penwith, married a Mary Mitchel born 1709. Children were Mary Richard Ann Samuel and John, all born in St Just in Penwith.
Son Richard married a Jane Williams, and included in his childred was Loveday Warren, born 1770 in St Just In Penwith, who married a Henry Curnow, I have as being born in 1769 in Ludgvan, and died 1838 Rospeath, Ludgvan.
A lot of their children came out to Australia, inlcuding Jennifer Jane who married John Warren born 21 March 1783 in St Ives. Both he and his wife died in Victoria Australia.
Mind you, John's father was William, born in St Just In Penwith, wife Loveday Curnow. So there you go.
Sorry for not mentioning all this sooner. Regards, Kettle.

and then some bits and pieces from A2A website... http://www.a2a.org.uk/search/ - search William Warren and you'll find a whole saga in the Cornwall Quarter Sessions Oct 1799-1811 about William refusing to support his father Edmund living in St. Just. He later refuses to support his mother Mary also!!
and then...
Cornwall Quarter Sessions - relating to the 1820s and 30s, mostly people stealing from Richard Warren, including....
"James Tonkin of St. Just in Penwith, lab., indicted for stealing 10 gallons of barley and a sack, property of Richard Warren: transported for seven years." in 1832
"William Humphrys committed to bridewell for lack of sureties in breach of peace against Richard Warren: discharged." 1831
"Thomas Thomas of St. Just in Penwith, lab., indicted for stealing 10lbs. of candles, property of Richard Warren and others: six weeks' hard labour in Bodmin gaol, then private whipping." 20th Oct. 1829
Hope this is all new and vaguely relevant :)

Hello again,
Samuel and Mary's marriage is listed here -
http://west-penwith.org.uk/justmarc.htm
with a date of 27th Dec 1731.
As you probably know there is an unproven submission on the IGI giving Richard WERREN and Elizabeth BOTTRELL as Samuel's parents. If you're interested their marriage is listed here.. http://west-penwith.org.uk/justmarb.htm
with a date of 5th Oct 1696
You'll find countless St. Just Warren/Werren marriages on that site from 1599-1900.
There are two extracted records on the IGI for baptisms of a Mary MICHEL in St. Just for 1709, both giving John MICHELL as the father - one dated 27th March, the other 27th Dec.
And countless Richard WARREN/WERREN/WARINs as well - too many for me to try and sort out ;)
The only two possible marriages for Mary's (possible) father John that I could find on the West Penwith site were these:-
19 Jan 1707 John Michel & Mary Edy
24 Jul 1708 John Michell & Mary Michell
That's all for now :)
