looking for the family of summerbell
thomas summerbell married jane smallman plant in 1839 at spennithorne, she was living at bellerby at the time and thomas was resident at bishopwearmouth, could some kind soul please have a look at the 1841-51 census and see if they are around yorkshire at the time please
jane was born 1818 and thomas c1817

Hi Walkerlad,

This might be a few years too late but I'm also researching the same family.  Thomas and Jane were in East Murton in 1841, ref HO107/311/8.  He died in 1846 and Jane went on to marry Anthony Gray.  Hope this helps.  Would love to know info from Thomas and Jane's marriage cert; if you have it, please let me know.
