The article concerns his widow - Catherine - and her marriage in 1916 to Thomas Toole who was charged with bigamy.

Basically, following Patrick's death his widow married an Irishman Thomas Toole she met in February 1916, report states she had 4 children, 3 lived with her and another one lived with her mother. However, it turns out that Thomas Toole was already married, so although Patrick Baggot and his widow Catherine are named, it is neither of them that is in trouble. Thomas's wife proved he was married to her. His excuse was he was unhappy in Ireland so came to England where he thought he'd have a happy life. He was committed for trial at the Assizes.
