Title: Non arrival of certs ordered

A cert was ordered and supposedly dispatched on 21st January  it has not arrived to date, any suggestions about getting another supplied through GRO, FOC. .

Hi LM,

I had a marriage cert go AWOL last year and they were able to reissue.

On the main menu or index search page there is a range of options in blue on the right. One of these is "contact us".

Clicking on this gives the chance to use "our online form to send us a message".

Thank you Antony,  I think my friend has contacted them so will wait and see what happens but it is very annoying

If it’s a paper certificate then I expect it’s a problem with the post.  The postal service is dreadful now and cannot be relied on.

I know someone who sent off  Power of Attorney documents three weeks ago, to be tracked at a cost £8. They never arrived and she had to go through the whole process again. ???

I put the blame for my missing one on the post.

At the time there was a spate of neighbours' mail coming to me and even some from other streets.

I nip round and push stuff through right doors but perhaps some don't bother or houses are empty.

It felt like an age before I got my hands on the reissued certificate.
