Title: Register if Corrected Entries - How do I gain access?
Post by: KitCarson on Monday 02 February 26 13:58 GMT (UK)
My husband's Great Aunt Robina (Bobby) Blair (Nee Anderson) died on 28 Sept 1945 at 14 The Square, Penicuik, Midlothian.  She was aged 47.  She was found dead at 17:15 hrs and was last seen alive at 14:00 according to the record from SP.  The CoD was 'Natural causes, probably coronary thrombosis'.

In a side note on the record it says 'See Reg of Corr Ents.  Vol 3, P47 October 7th 1945.

Is it easy to gain access to the Register of Corrected Entries?  Do I need to attend NRS or somewhere in person or might it be available online?

Thanks for any assistance.

Kit

When you view her entry on SP there will be a button above it to access the RCE.

Thanks very much for that.  Which tab?  When I go into my 'Saved Images' there is no indication that 'There is one correction associated with this entry' as shown on your screen shot.

Best, Kit

Edit:  I've just performed the original search and it's now showing.  thanks a lot.

Looks like the only change has been to the 'time found' from 17:15 to 17:05 (5.15pm-5.05pm).

I understand that her daughter came home from school to find her mother deceased.

Thanks again, Kit
