Asking for a second pair of eyes to help locate the birth certificate on Agatha for Marie Marguerite Philippart born, Florenville 8 Oct 1852. Thank you in advance.
-
Do you have her parents names?
What is your source for he actual birthdate?
-
If the birth certificate is more than 100 years old, you can request a copy or an extract from the local council via the Civil Affairs Office. If you have an electronic identity card (eID), you can request it online.

Thank you, greatly appreciated. Am I right in saying there’s no father given?

No father of the child given. The child is called "enfant naturel", meaning child born out of wedlock.
I forgot to tell that the mother is 22 years old.

Thanks for confirming. She later married a Louis Joseph Jacob, Florenville 1881. Will search to see if there were anymore children prior that marriage.
