Title: could some one please enhance this photograph for me please.

A friend of mine would like to feature this photograph in a special obituary article in a Magazine.  It would be great is someone could enhance this photograph removing the fuzzy areas and especially white mark that extends across part of the lower face it would be really appreciated.
