In 1871 Sarah is a Servant for Eliza Ward in Long Eaton, Derbyshire. Sarah was born February 13th 1849 in St Clements, Oxford. I cannot find any records for Sarah past the 1871 census and I cannot find a death record either. Can anybody help me find this lady who mysteriously disappears after 1871?

She may have found a husband - have you looked for a marriage for her?

1891 census has a Sarah Thomson born 1849 St Clement Oxfordshire so looks promising
Husband is down as Jonathan Foster Thomson 46 but original reads Forbes from Aberdeenshire
Living Lambeth London with 4 children
Note 1881 census under Thompson but all other years census can be traced under Thomson
Good luck

Sarah’s son Egbert Thomson is staying with Mary Ann Tucker (nee Gadney) in 1901. Mary Ann is 100% my Sarah’s sister so it seems you have closed the case!
