It's Wacslaw (or Vaclav in modern Czech).

M looks different, see the 2 entries above our boy.
Wacslaw was popular then, see the 2 entries below our boy.

Thanks, I thought it may be a W but couldn't think of a name that fitted. V and W seems to be interchangeable in the older records.
