Its saying there was an entry in the Register of Corrected Entries that relates to this registration.
If you go back to Scotland's People and view the record again look above the image and click the link to view it

That's how I read it - including the upside down.
Re. attachments i click on the attachment name to deliver a version that responds to the usual bells and whistles - including zoom.
