Hi, can anyone confirm this place of birth please? Thanks in advance ;D
-
Not 100% certain but I think it might read
Turner Street
Garmgad Road
Glasgow
-
AI says:-
Turner Street in the Garngad area of Glasgow was historically located off Garngad Road, which is now known as Royston Road. The street itself no longer exists.

Thank you so much!

Though Turner Street no longer exits if you look at a modern day map or google Garngad Road (now Royston Road) and Charles Street still exist and Turner St ran from the Garngad Rd to Charles St, roughly where todays post office sits at what is known as the Charles St Flats the first block would be Turner St then Villiers St then Bright St and finally Cobden St would be across from todays play park on a map . garngad

On the 2nd picture the street on the right still exists today and Turner St is/was slightly opposite 3rd picture the more modern of the 3 Turner St would be half way up on the left.
