I'm wondering if there's anyone that could help me in Germany. My grandfather moved out there. I'm not sure what date but I do know he ended up in paderborn. How would I find his army records if any and when he emigrated from the UK?

I see that there are several public trees on Ancestry for him with details of his German wife.

I have seen Herberts second wife is Mechtild
