Vanchwill?

But I can't decipher the place underneath - starts with a 'C' or 'A' but that's not helpful is it!!

Ends with 'pila' or 'fila' maybe?

Who was living there?

You could check the 1861 census (if you haven't already) in case the same address appears either for the person who was married or his/her family.

One of the townships in Guilsfield is Farchoel (Varchoel) so think this is the place.
Very badly written.

I see in them times there was a Varchoel Hall Estate which I now think is a hotel but I am not finding any photo,s of it at the moment , maybe they were both servant and labourer on this estate .
