Title: Military Uniform

Does anyone know what regiment this man is in? I'm trying to figure out who it is and it would help if i knew. I think this photo is 1910s so possibly WW1. I'm sure it's in Sussex but none of the photo's of The Royal Sussex Regiment from WW1 looks similar.

He is a WW1 era Army Officer, possibly a Captain (3 pips on his cuffs).
Cap and collar badges not clear to say what regiment.
