Hi Guys, I have discovered that a 1st cousin (twice removed), Haydn Thomas Preece John (b. 1917, d. 2004, Pontypridd) married a Alice Penberthy in 1939. Her parents were William Hoskin Penberthy and Elizabeth Penberthy nee George. I'm inquiring into the name Penberthy and if William and Elizabeth are related to a certain Pontypridd rugby legend. Its probably a long shot though, I think the rugby player in question was born in 1943 but I don't know his parents name. But like I said at the start ignore if not allowed, kind regards.

The names of living persons are not allowed so you need to remove his name. Have you researched the living person backwards from 1943 using freebmd to establish his parents names
-
The 1939 marriage entry spells the surname as PenBerthy - not PenPerthy
Births Sep 1920
Penberthy Alice mmn George Pontypridd 11a 1317
You will find the birth entry for the living person above on freebmd - mmn Regan
Parents marriage is on freebmd in 1941
