Edeth (sic) Rose married Richard Mintrum in Blandford Forum in Dorset on 27 March 1739. They moved to Portsea sometime between 1743 and 1745 according to locations of baptisms and burials of their children. Richard was buried in Portsea on 26 Jan 1755 - no age given on record. Assuming he was born in Dorset, the best candidate I have seen for his baptism is 27 April 1719 in Chideock s/o William and Grace (nee Cox). This would make him about 20 at marriage assuming baptised shortly after birth.
After Richard's death Edith married John Rainger on 18 Sep 1857. I can't find that they had any children. If Edith was a similar age to the Richard Mintrum that I found, she would be about 37 at second marriage. Can anyone find what happened to Edith and John Rainger, please?

Edeth's first marriage was too early for the PR to have signatures and witnesses etc, but on her second marriage she signs her name as Edeth, makes a bit of a mess of Mintram. Both she and John Rainger were widowed. One witness is probably a parish official as he witnesses other marriages, the other doesn't seem to be related.
