Title: 1545 English Will & Latin probate of Rev Richard Norwood
Post by: Wayne N on Monday 17 November 25 08:38 GMT (UK)
I have two parts to this post... hopefully this is ok.

I'm having trouble understanding how the date in Roman numerals equals the year 1545 in the opening part of the Will. I can see the xlvᵗᵒ. And I think the vᶜ before this equals the 500. But I can't seem to see the 1000.

Also, is it possible to have my Latin probate transcription checked please?

Thank you kindly, Wayne
