I am tracing my Grandmothers history back and come to a standstill.
Raymond Woodrow Statham born 1644 or 45born in Sudbury Derbyshire married a Mrs Staham and had Richard ray statham 1671,also born Sudbury ,think they have have been staff at Sudbury hall .
Could someone please help me,thanks Jules.

What sources do you have for them already?
Middle names are exceedingly rare in this period (sometimes alias names are mistaken for middle names). All the sources for Richard (from his marriage and children) show his name only Richard Statham, and I don't see any sources that give his father's name.

That's just what somebody's put on the familysearch tree. It's not clear who has put that name, or why.
It's not a source (a source is something like a baptism, marriage, military record, will, etc).

The marriage of Katherine RUDDLE shows her groom’s given name as Richard but no surname for him so may not be connected at all.
There is a burial in Sudbury All Saints 1 Dec 1724 of a Katherin STATHAM wife of Richard.
Also burial of a Richard STATHAM at Sudbury All Saints 19 Feb 1725. No age given in either case.
Burial same place 31 May 1722 Sarah STATHAM daur Richard and Katherin
I can find no trace of any Raymond or Woodrow STATHAM.

You're welcome. For your further research I suggest you look at any Wills you can find with those made by those with the name STATHAM and any other wills of that era and location. They can be found with Findmypast and probably Ancestry. If you do not subscribe to them you may be able to access them with the help of your local library.
PS - there is a lot of fiction in Familysearch trees.
