I am looking for William Hart and his wife Jane. Thye had the following children - Mary Ann born 1818, James born 1819, William born 1821 and George born 1825. Mary Ann married John Miner in 1839 and on the marriage certificate William occupation miner is deceased. I can't find anything else about his family or what happened to their other children. If anyone could help me, I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Who were the witnesses to the marriage of Mary Ann? Those names can be helpful if Hart relatives.
-
The 1841 has a George Hart 15yrs ?? Priscilla Hart 12 & Sarah Hart 10 living in Halesowen seemingly with an Edward & Jane Jones
Did William perhaps die & Jane remarry?
You have posted on the Shropshire board (& the persons listed above are all shown as born there) but you also mention Dudley which was in Staffs. Apart from the 1839 marriage being in Dudley - is there any other connection?

Original baptismal register
Priscilla Hart "said to be born 20.9.1928" baptised 1.1.1837 Oldbury, Salop diocese Worcs. Parents William & Jane
Same day, place & parents - Sarah Hart "said to be born" but date unclear although it has been transcribed as 5.6.1807 which is most unlikely
James & Mary Ann were both baptised 31.10.1819

No the witnesses were Thomas Horton and Mary Miner. She married John Miner and Mary was his sister.

Thanks - that is more than I have been able to find and is really helpful.
I put it in Shropshire, because they were born there. The boundaries then changed to Worcestershire and then Mary Ann's marriage was in Dudley. I was presuming that the Harts had been in Shropshire before their children were born there.
