Title: Can anyone work their magic cleaning up this photo please

Hi, hoping for some help in cleaning up this photo of Alfred Francis Jordan (1878-1914). His ship HMS Aboukir was torpedoed by the German U Boat U19 and sank with all hands on 22nd September 1914.

Any improvement would be very much appreciated
