Good morning everyone.

Bright and sunny here on the south coast, hope it’s set for the day.🌞

Watch what you get up to today Viktoria, don’t go rushing around doing a lot of chores. Sit down and take it easy.

It is so easy to do things instinctively, so please do take very great care and take things easy for the next few weeks., and THINK before you ACT. The time will soon pass and you will be back to something more like normal.
Best wishes for a good recovery .  rj

Hi Viktoria

Take it steady and recover well !

LM, I noticed your reference to no potatoes. I can't have a meal without a few new potatoes with my fish or steak and vegetables, because I would get hungry too quickly as well.

Regarding this hunger and awful cold problem, I managed to shake it off after about 20 months.

I'd be up at 4 am, preparing carrots and cooking them with Green beans and peas, or having cheddar cheese on cream crackers, or making organic porridge in the saucepan, anything to quell the hunger like pain!

I can get through some nights now without wanting to eat in the night.

There was a Lab report that the virus is getting into the bacteria in the digestion system and interfering with our gut, so the right foods and eating enough seems really important.

The last time I went to the Doctors they were actually offering advice on which foods to eat, although I was already eating all of them for several years, but I had been seeing a Gastroenterologist for a while 2 years ago.

Yes, the outside temperature changes this Autumn are a real nuisance.

All the best and hope to hear of improvement  :)

Added:
My Dad in the Care Home had this hunger like problem start last year and we noticed the Care Home were giving him a mug of milk mid-morning.

See what the G.P. says, if the problem persists.

Mark
