Hello!

Can anyone help decipher what this says? I can just make out 'Military Hosp Grimsby' and 'continued slight' but that's all!?  ??? ??? ???

55 days in hospital with catarrh seems a bit improbable.

Yes I agree - but I can't decipher the preceding word.

The word under DISEASE is a hard one! I thought if I could work out that the rest will probably be easier to work out  :-\

I'd suggest …

Bac. [= bacterial] catarrh

Continued slight pyrexia [and]
myalgia. Physical signs slight[...]
General condition good.

pyrexia = fever
myalgia = muscle pain

Catarrh can be another word for a sinus infection.  In those days before wide spectrum antibiotics sinus infections could be very debilitating  and as a sufferer, and very grateful for ABs, I can sympathise and recognise the pyrexia/myalgia symptoms also.
