Last night I was tidying up my paternal line trying to find my GG Grandmother in 1891, only to find that in 1882 she lived in Union Place Boston Lincs. This caught my attention as I grew up in Union Place after my parents bought a property there after the clearance of the Lincoln Lane area, I did an address census search on FindMyPast only to find it was exactly the same property!! :o

I'd have the floorboards up looking for long-forgotten treasure.

I don't think there would have been much treasure, she had about 5 children as a single woman then married a 64yr old Ag Lab twice her age ;D ;D

I've worked on 3 retail parks that were built on what had been the streets my ancestors had lived in. Yesterday I found a former teacher in my latest batch of DNA matches.

(nothing to do with family history)
My brother driving (speeding) from Wick to Inverness stopped by the police.
Like myself he is a fluent Welsh speaker -
spoke to the P C in Welsh telling him he couldn't speak English - P.C. smiled and said - 'dim problem - mi ges i fy magu yn Caernarfon' - 'no problem I was raised in Caernarfon'
does this count as a coincidence ?
