Title: Spots on photograph

Could someone tell me what these spots are and what i should do about it? Not sure if it's mold, foxing or something else entirely!

Unfortunately, t’s impossible to say without examining the original. If the spots are part of the photographic image, the white ones are the result of dirt on the negative and the black ones damage to the photographic emulsion on the negative.

Thanks Ray for helping and Ian for improving the image! I will try my local museum next to see if they can help!  ;D
