Hi, could someone help with identifying the uniform in the photo.? I think this is a picture of Grace Nailard (later Davidson) in the 1910s since she was a nurse on the 1911 census. Thank you! :)

Just in case it helps anyone, in 1911 she is recorded at The London Hospital. Whitechapel.

The building looks like the Royal Victoria Military Hospital, Netley near Southampton.

There is a Grace Nailard who was a nurse, start date 1 Jan 1914, end date 31 Dec 1920 listed in War Office: Directorate of Army Medical Services and Territorial Force: Nursing Service Records, First World War. Queen Alexandra’s Imperial Military Nursing Service.
From the National Archives you should be able to get her record from their series: WO 399/6120,

Some of the uniforms on this Imperial War Museum photo of nurses from Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service look very similar, e.g. the lady on the right looking at the camera.
