Title: Sheriff Hutton area Local News Paper reports

In 1976 my wife's uncle Ronald Hardy died after an accident, hedge cutting around the Sheriff Hutton area. Would anyone know of a local newspapers which covers this period please, and if there is digital access. I am told most likely would be the Gazette & Herald Malton or York Evening Press.. We have the family history, but was wondering if the accident appeared in the local news paper.

I haven't yet found anything at BNA, but for those searching there is a Ronald Hardy death (dob 1922) registered York, Q4.

Indeed, yes this is the same man, family history already gathered.
