I've been rummaging around to find various avenues to find a marr that took
place Nov 1838 St James, Paddington, Middlesex, but so far it seems the Nov
and Dec PR is missing. has any one uncovered it where it may be hiding, I've
found the marr record itemised but no actual marr record image so it must
exits some were, any one been lucky......

Who are you looking for and what was the marriage date, that may help us find it
-
If all else fails, then purchase of the GRO marriage certificate might be your best route. :-\

The Register of Marriages Oct 1838-Dec 1839 is not missing. It's exactly where it should be, at the London Archives (P87/JS/021), but the images aren't available on Ancestry.

Hi all..
The marriage date is 11 Nov 1838 at St James, Paddington,
Robert Tannas and Elizabeth Head
Fathers Robert Tannas and William Head
Tannas quite a rare surname so should stand out.
-
FindMyPast only has a transcript from familysearch, the church is not named, just the district of Paddington
As Bookbox has mentioned the image is not online with Ancestry either, it looks as though you may need to purchase the certificate or visit the London Archives

Ok thanks to all i'll put on the back burner for a later date..

If you are looking for fathers names etc - there is a tree on Ancestry with full details. Robert died 1850 aged 35

But, it is always better to do your own research - NEVER rely totally on other people's information. ;)

Thanks for the info I have there daddies but I like to see the marriage cert just
in case there's a small piece of info like ( Robert of some were else ), that
appears some times on the BMD certs, I never take what the hints offer and
what others appear to have found, but clashes with what one already has but
minor errors show up, weather to mention to other researchers of the there
possable error would they appreciated, do not like to appear bossy or what
ever, thanks for your contact with your help.
