Hi, I’m struggling to find records of Nerquis in the 1939 Register. Any ideas?

What is it?  A surname or a place?

Was it more recently known as Nercwys?  https://www.genuki.org.uk/big/wal/FLN/Nercwys

There is a Nerquis Hall on the 1939 register, with a Tringham family in residence.
It is transcribed as Nerguis Hall, Holywell on FindMyPast

Nerquis is a tiny place.
Have a look for Edward Davies b 27 November 1889. In Flintshire.  He is at Pentre Bach , Nerquis.
It's  under the Holywell district .
Just to confirm he is  in Nercwys burials 1969 abode same place.

Maybe if you trawl through the pages you'll find who you are looking for.

Thank you for your replies. I will trawl through the Holywell records.
Much appreciated
