Hi, I'm stuck trying to find the parents of William James Turner born in 1845 Herefordshire.
I found his marriage record that states his father was called William James Turner who was a "baker"

I've had a older relative who did a DNA test and one of the results was a Ancestry estimate of 3rd cousin 1 removed or 4th cousin.
Their ancestor was Charlotte Turner born in Byford Herefordshire, married to Edwin Harris
In the 1861 census, there is a James Turner of similar age present at the address as a lodger but maybe I am under the assumption it could be her brother

I've tried searching for Charlotte to see if there is any links but i can't find any records on Ancestry or Familysearch apart from the 1861 and 1871 census.
Thanks for any help

Just adding more details :)

When was she born and who was her father when she married?
Have you looked for birth registrations for William James Turner c1845 in the relevant district?
I appreciate those are common names.

Thanks for the help, when it comes understanding DNA test results, I'm quite a novice.
When I searched in the AncestryDNA search filter. it was Turner and Herefordshire but maybe I'm going on the assumption but it could just coincidence.

I'm not 100% sure if that James is the ancestor but i'm going by an assumption it that is, however every census record after 1871 just stays Herefordshire and no other place such as parish , town or city
