Cornwall OPC has a baptism for an Elizabeth Garland 6 January 1779 in Illogan, parents Peter and Elizabeth.

There's a baptism from 1779 for an Elizabeth daughter of Peter & Elizabeth but also a burial in 1781

I don’t think that could be her parents because St. Hilary doesn’t connect nor do the name’s Richard and Margaret
