I am hoping that someone may be able to help with some biographical information on the above.
Billy Martin was apparently the stage name of a William Hazlewood around 1960; working mainly in the Coventry area I believe and he said in a newspaper article in the Coventry Evening Telegraph of 18/1/1963 that he was the grandson of James Hazlewood of the Hazlewood Cycle Co.
Trouble is this doesn't tally with any of James' grandchildren that I have found.
Help

That paper and issue is in the BNA newspaper collection.

Thank you for that information; I had made the connection through the phrase in the article ' Hazlewood House, 143 Foleshill Road' which came up in the 1911 Census for James Hazlewood, Cycle manufacturer. RG14PN18543 RG78PN1111 RD390SD2 ED5SN202.
So, Billy Martin aka William Hazlewood or Martin William Hazlewood was the great grandson of James Hazlewood. Now, we have a comedian in the family!
