So you have (at least) 2 accounts?
Are you signed in with the right account?

ive found the problem for some reason ive gone onto mobile phone mode i dont go on net on my phone god knows how ive done it any ideas how i get it back no i only have 1 account im not verry good at downloading photos

Whilst it will not help now.
It is good practice when your main Family Tree is online:-
1) Create and download a Gedcom file regularly
2) Have software such as Roots Magic or Family Tree Maker and download a copy of your entire Ancestry Family Tree, thereafter sync them after each session where you have made changes to your Ancestry Family Tree.

Not very tech minded myself...but have you checked if your browser has certain preferences ticked. It could maybe be changed that way possibly.

I agree, it is likely to be a browser settings issue.
Someone with exactly the same problem here, and they solved the issue for themselves. This dates from 2020 and refers to Safari on a Mac.

Ask chat GPT how to change the mobile/desktop setting on your specific browser, or try a different browser, which is always a good idea, as browser regularly add new features and it'd good to experiment.
