Hi,
Can anyone please help:
Looking for names of a couple(surname Hedges) who lived in Aspendale (Eleanora Court), Melbourne.
Thanks

What time period are you referring to? Some additional information if you have any would be useful. :D

Hi Maddys52,
I think in the mid 1960's (and include 1968, 1969).
-
could you please supply given names, are they deceased.
cass
Ps please let us know where you have already checked, this information will save us retracing steps you have already taken

Hi Cass,
Don't know their names.
Around 1968/1969 they would have been in their late 30's/ 40's.
So, born in the 1920's.
I'm led to believe that one may have passed away in the mid 1990's, with the other a few years later.
Thanks.

hi, without given names or at least an initial I feel that it would be like looking for a needle in a haystack.
All I can do is wish you luck

I don't have access to the Victorian (Australia) Electoral Rolls.
Am guessing that is where you would find the answer.

Ancestry is not a perfect machine.
For some reason is not possible to search using Aspendale
Aspendale is part of the municipality of Carrum in the Division of Isaacs.
Search is done using Name and Carrum for where living, not Aspendale.
No-one named Hedges shows in the years mentioned. Not everyone registered to vote for various reasons
I wonder if you know anything else about them

Thanks Sue,
Don't have a lot of information.
Maybe I have been given a few 'herrings'!?
There is a possibility they went to live in eastern Victoria (Sale/Bairnsdale).
-
Well. Possibly many families named Hedges lived in Western Victoria
Sorry can’t help really.
